While this evokes feelings of the Southwest, these types of curious windows can be found everywhere.

I try to imagine what it is like behind the curtains – who lives there? Feel the sun falling on the plants as they ready for another hot dry day.

Acrylic paints mixed with matte and gloss gel medium, brushes and a variety of palette knives are used to create this 16 x 20 painting.
