This spring, there were so many abundant branches of flowers blooming. Everywhere you looked there were more flowers.

This branch caught my eye because of the deep rich colors that made up its back drop.

These crisp white and pink flowers cascading off the slender branches reminds us how beauty is simple, fleeting and to be appreciated when you see it. It gives us hope for the next time, anticipating something that can take your breath away. If you go through life looking for such things, you will be sure to find them.

Acrylic paints mixed with matte and gloss gel medium, brushes and a variety of palette knives are used to create this 16 x 20 painting.
